Star Sapphire
The Royal Sapphire was an old ocean liner, launched in 1960. She had a noble history on the transatlantic run, and in her senior years, she swapped owners, and became a cruise ship, with a new name - the Star Sapphire.
I worked aboard her as an entertainer, playing my guitar nightly in the TopDeck Lounge.
One night in 2012, when we were in the middle of our Alaska run, the Star Sapphire caught fire and sank. Fortunately, I survived - but only just! You can read all about that particular voyage in Cold Play, my first adventure, on Winona's website:

In Bad Boy, I'm approached by an old fellow named Basil who'd worked aboard the original Royal Sapphire during her glory days on the North Atlantic. He gives me a quiz, which I need to complete in order to collect the next clue in my quest to retrieve a priceless collection of stolen Elgar manuscripts.
The quiz is an authentic Royal Sapphire artifact. Each day a word game or quiz was pushed under passenger cabin doors, to be completed and given to the Purser. The first correct (or nearly correct) set of answers would win a small prize.
The actual quiz Basil gave me is shown below.
